Business Development Manager
Louretta is the Business Development Manager for North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in both states with 15+ years of Property Management/Real Estate experience. She joined the HomeRiver Group team in 2018.
She serves on the board of Health Guidance, a non-profit patient advocacy organization that serves local families in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.
Originally from Kentucky, Louretta and her husband Victor now reside in Mooresville NC and enjoy traveling and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.
Vice President of the Eastern Region
Misty studied business management at Gainesville College and has been with HomeRiver Group® since 2012. She received her Master Property Manager designation, which is the highest level a member can obtain within NARPM. Misty has 15 years of real estate and property management experience. She is now the Regional Operations Manager for the Georgia market and is responsible for our entire property management team in Georgia. Misty is constantly working to make sure clients and tenants receive the highest quality of customer service and expertise within the rental home market.
Stephanie Warren has worked in Property Management for 14+ years, ranging from Multifamily, Student Housing, New Construction and Single Family Homes. Her skill sets cultivated from a variety of roles within these markets has enabled her to be a highly competent property management professional. She prides herself on being a supportive leader and mentor for her teams, and ensuring we deliver the utmost customer service and respect to our clients.
Stephanie is originally from Ft. Worth, Texas, but currently resides in NC with her husband and two girls. When she isn’t working hard at HRG, you’ll find her doing outside activities such as hiking and camping with her family
Senior Property Manager
Kelly began her real estate career in 2004 and joined the property management division in 2011 where she was able to increase the managed units by 150% within her first year. In 2016, the company was acquired by HomeRiver Group® and Kelly became the Regional Operating Manager for South Carolina. In 2017 Kelly was named as the Regional Operating Manager for North Carolina and now serves both North and South Carolina. Kelly served as a medic in the Louisiana Army National Guard and served in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm.
With 20 years of property management experience, Ecole Brown recently joined HomeRiver Group in 2018 and currently serves as Property Manager of the Raleigh, North Carolina market. Ecole has been very active in her field and holds an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification with the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). Ecole enjoys building long lasting relationships with her clients and looks forward to bringing those skills to the needs of her HomeRiver Group clients.
